Live Fire training can also be provided for an extra fee of £175 per course regardless of number of learners.

All course learning materials and subject manuals are provided.

  • Employers must appoint competent persons to assist with fire safety measures and evacuations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

  • Usually includes: Fire legislation & responsibilities, Fire science (fire triangle, behaviour), Causes of workplace fires, Fire prevention and safety signage, Fire evacuation procedures, Types and correct use of extinguishers (often with practical elements).

  • Generally valid for 3 years; for high-hazard or sensitive premises (e.g. care homes, hospitals), annual refresher training is advised or required by risk assessment.

Please Note - Courses usually require a minimum of 8 Learners, this can be amended due to client location, course length and economic viability to deliver and cover costs. Courses for up to 12 learners are a great way to save money and have more trained and qualified staff in your business.
